Turners Cars, New Zealand’s largest used car network, has 20 dealer locations across the country. As part of my studies,
I was tasked with designing an intuitive car insurance application process to showcase their insurance services.
The Problem
Turners has expanded into a full-service dealership with in-house finance and vehicle insurance. To streamline the insurance process, they need an efficient online platform for insurance applications.

What I did
I conducted user research with customers and stakeholders, then designed
an intuitive website insurance application for Turners to streamline their
insurance process.
What I learned
Customers value their time and are frustrated by delays in receiving responses for insurance applications. 
This highlighted the importance for the new application process to be very streamlined and easy to use.
The Outcome
I designed a car insurance page with an online application that addressed user and stakeholder needs. User testing confirmed positive results, with users navigating the application effortlessly. This solution also met stakeholder needs by easing the burden of the current in-person insurance process.
